Two residential towers of 48 and 43 storeys with the former slated to become Penang’s tallest residential building. Situated in a prime location, the towers are designed to resist earthquake tremors in the region. The car parking and facilities podium straddles a two storey heritage building which is co-opted into the development.

Construction of a new alignment starting from the Latar Interchange, the alignment then tranverse along the hill slopes of Hutan Kanching forest reserve for about 2km, then tranverse for a further 6km before merging with the Federal Route with a trumpet interchange near to Sungai Choh to Serendah town road.
