Project Description:	The 421m high telecommunications tower is located on Bukit Nanas in the heart of KualaLumpur and is currently one of the tallest tele communications towers in the world.Arup's responsibilities for the project include advising the Client on contractual matters,agreeing design parameters and specifications with the Contractor, carrying out independent design checks and advising on the construction costs. During the construction stage, Arup was also commissioned to supervise the construction work and monitor compliance with the specifications.

Project Description:

The KLIA Staff Quarters project is a new self-contained township located at about 6km from the newly built airport. The quarters comprise of 17 clusters, with a total of 3500 apartments. The types of apartments vary from the 'F1' and 'F2' types to the 'G1' and 'G3' type. There are other amenities constructed as part of the new township. They include a mosque, schools, kindergartens, a community hall and a commercial zone.

Project Description:	This is mixed development consisting of a cable car station complex, anchor tenants' spaces, retail lots, living quarters and a 10-storey carpark. The building is 10 storeys high with 4 levels of basement carparks.

Project Description:	Building services for the toll plazas and amenities buildings, such as electrical and telephone systems, air-conditioning and ventilation systems and fire protection services. Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, or better known as LDP, is one of the major infrastructure projects to help ease the traffic congestion in Kuala Lumpur. The scope of work includes the design of the street lighting and relocation of existing services. It also includes the design and supervision of the building services for the related buildings, such as the toll plazas, Supervision Building, Operations Building and the Maintenance Depot.

Project Description:	The Light Rail Transit (LRT) system is another major infrastructure project to improve public transportation system in and around Kuala Lumpur. The LRT System 1 Phase 2 project includes 11 stations, one depot in Ampang, three stabling yards and one headshunt in Sentul Timur station. Services provided include relocation of the existing services that obstructed the construction of the LRT tracks. This involved numerous discussion with the local authorities and other affected parties such as Telekom Malaysia Bhd and Jabatan Bekalan Air.

Project Description:	Located in Kajang, the APEX Head Office is a 10-storey building and would be built on a slope over looking a river. The building would house share trading facilities, which include public and private share trading floors, settlement department and futures trading, among others.
