The firm is managed by five directors who are registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and are members of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Malaysia. The firm has links with the international Arup Group offices worldwide which can provide staff and technical resources in specialised fields of engineering whenever required.

The firm has always maintained a policy of local recruitment and training. Specialist staff from the international Arup Group offices worldwide can be seconded to the firm when required to work on specialised projects; working closely with the local staff to ensure transfer of technology.

Together with its international Arup Group offices, Arup Jururunding Sdn. Bhd. has all the engineering skills and organisation necessary for the complete design of a wide range of engineering projects.
